The purpose of this enchantment is to make your character stronger in both PvE and PvP/GvG content. You must have a costume weapon to proceed, along with the main requirements:
Glittering Powder and Crystal of Elixir can be earned by completing Rebirth, the Battle Pass, or finishing the Weekly Quest. These are the stats you can obtain: Each of these stats will be inserted into your costume weapon with a chance to range from +1 to +10 or 1% to 10%.
