CARD COLLECTION
This is a life skill quest where you can upgrade your character's progress and gain permanent stats.
Card Collection System:
TAKE NOTE: You must complete the quest before buying Collection Cards from the Premium Gears NPC.
Information: This is a Card Collection System. To start using this feature, you must complete a quest where the NPC will require some items listed below. Once you have activated and finished the mission, you will receive a "Card Collection Permit (51010)" item permanently, which is account-bound. This item must be equipped in the Shadow Shield slot to receive the stat bonus from depositing the cards.
For now, only the Prontera Album is available, and each deposited card will give you All Stats +5. More albums will be available in the future—this is just the initial phase of this new feature and system.
Added Collection Permit Item (51010): This item grants All Stats +15 (except VIT) and is received once the quest is completed.

Requirements to Activate:
Endless Tower Mark - Can be purchased at the ET Point Shop in e_tower.
MVP Mark - Can be purchased at the MVP Ranking Shop.
Hunting Mission Mark - Can be purchased at the Hunting Mission NPC.
Mission Hunter Mark - Can be purchased at PoisonRO Queen using Proof of Mission Ticket.
Fishing Mark - Can be purchased at the Fishing Shop using Fragments.
Arena Mark - Can be purchased at the Arena Shop using Arena Points.
PODS Mark - Can be purchased at the PODS Shop using PODS Points.
Poring Coin Mark - Can be purchased at the Boxer NPC inside the Trader's Room using Poring Coins.
Event Mark - Can be purchased at the Eventor Shop using Event Points.
Special Event Mark - Can be purchased at the Premium Gears NPC using Platinum Coins and Special Event Points.
Rebirth Mark - Can be purchased at the Rebirth Point Shop using Rebirth Points.
Deposit Mechanics:
You can deposit 1x Collection Card, and it will require 500,000,000 Zeny per card deposited.
